Some of the best stuff on the web I read this week:
- Angela introduced all of her blog readers to Catalog Living. The laughter. I love clever people. I tried to explain it to Hubby with: ”It’s pictures from catalogs but the comments are as if people actually live there. And it’s funny!” He didn’t understand. Wonder why? So I won’t try to explain it further but you should read it so you can laugh heartily, too.
- I emailed Hayley the link because she also belly laughs at Flight of the Conchords kind of humor (even though she hasn’t watched the second season! no australian hook-up or mu rray! just watch it already, hayley!) and she responded in kind with Unhappy Hipsters. The laughter. I love it when I can laugh out loud when I’m by myself at the computer. Here are two of my favorites so far: discipline and playdates.
- I hope it’s okay that I’m outing her because she’s tried to remain anonymous, but Farm Chick and I are quite good friends, although that has nothing to do with her hilarious post from this week. “I cannot repeat what she said. Children read this blog.”
- And then not funny but delicious: weelicious.com. Apparently a very popular blog but I only now found it. And even though I’m not pregnant with the constant need to eat I get very hungry every time I read her recipes. Last night we had the moroccan chicken and it was delish! Now if she’d only post recipes of yummy and healthy-ish desserts.

Thanks for the guffaws!
The catalog things are hysterical!
I can’t wait to try some weelicious recipes.
I’m glad you liked my cussing chicken story. Life is always sort of funny living out here.
By the way, awesome pic of baby chickadee in her baby legs. Sweet girl!
Yay! Now I’m famous. Farm Chick- way to stand up for yourself. Erin, we missed you guys on Saturday, we have to get together SOON!
