Yesterday when we got home from the Bugs Bunny Club the kids wanted to play outside in the snow. We did not. Or rather, Hubby did not, as me not wanting to play outside in the snow is nothing new. So Hubby put coats on the kids and let them run wild in the front yard. He decided against putting their snow pants on them so that they’d get colder sooner and quickly come inside. The two of us stood at the door like that couple from the Verizon commercial and watched our offspring in the snow while they giggled and played. Here’s a pic Hubby took from the inside:
Today they wanted to make a snowman, and as the sun was out, I guess Hubby decided he’d go outside, too. So he put them in their snow pants and let them run around until we tired out and tempted them with hot chocolate to get them inside:
Also, my daughter does not like whipped cream and DID NOT want any in her hot chocolate. As my father always says: What up with that?
