Dear Oxi-Clean-
Whether or not you put a handle on your container makes little difference to me; I can carry it either way. HOWEVER, if you do decide to put a handle on your container, will you please make it strong enough to actually carry the container? That way the handle won’t break while I’m walking down the stairs, the bucket won’t flip end-over-end on the way down, spilling its contents on my steps and carpet.

Oh no! Sounds like a big mess. I hate it when that kind of stuff happens. Makes you wonder why you were cleaning in the first place:)
Yup. I’ve so done that. Thanks for writing this letter. I fully plan to see new and improved packaging on my next purchase. It’s people like you, Miss Erin, that make this world a better, tidier, more spill-proof place.
