Every night while the kids are asleep I go into their bedrooms to kiss them one last time before I go to sleep myself. And for a while now I’ve also been whispering in their ears, hoping the subliminal messages of “Your Mama loves you. Your Mama is proud of you” will turn their dreams to happy and peaceful thoughts.
A few weeks ago I crept into Little Missy’s room, kissed her and whispered in her ear, when she took in a deep breath through her nose, stretched her back, and let out a rapid-fire “RUFF! RUFF! RUFF! RUFF!”

I love that kid!
She always makes me smile.
I love it!! I sneak into my kiddos rooms at night and do the same thing. They look like little angels in their beds fast asleep.
I wonder what she was dreaming about? What a cutie pie!!
That’s so funny!! I love it !
Why are kids so darn cute when they’re asleep?
