I’m sure you all remember this: when Hubby wore out the kids by making them run in circles. And I’m sure you also remember how Little Missy hates to eat food.
Hubby bought frozen pizzas for dinner on Tuesday. I plan to get back to cooking really soon. Honest. While Little Missy was climbing in her chair G informed her that Porsha and Alexa like to eat pizza. (Porsha and Alexa are two sisters close in age to G and Little Missy. And they are precious girls who the kids like to play with. And we had all been at their house earlier in the day. But G really has no solid proof that the girls like to eat pizza.) Little Missy nodded her head and proceeded to eat THREE PIECES OF PIZZA. My daughter has not eaten three pieces of pizza in one sitting in her whole life. I am not exaggerating when I say that say that her belly was so full and incapable of bending that she had to ooze out of her dinner chair.
As she was walking down the hall Hubby yelled “I think Porsha and Alexa like to eat green beans!”
Little Missy nodded “Mm-hm! Me, too!”
“No, you don’t like green beans,” Hubby responded.
“Yes I do!” she yelled emphatically.
“Well, I guess we can have them tomorrow night for dinner. If you want.”
“Mm-hmm!!!”
Girl, you got played. Now she only has to remember this conversation when she has green beans on her plate.

Looks like you found a good trick! Sassy is very anti-veggie, but she will eat them sometimes if I call them dinosaur trees or princess carrots, or whatever… AH, kids!
That is AWESOME! You gotta love peer pressure.
What is even better…she didn’t get played by mom and dad…kudos for G!!!!

Amanda
