The other day I bought some fake wellies at Wal-Mart. They are cute and black and waterproof.
My two options were: spend a lot of money on warm boots that I might not wear a whole lot, or spend a little money on not-terribly-warm but waterproof boots. I chose the second. And as Jenni in KS suggested, I will wear them with two pairs of wool socks.
But it is too bad that I can’t have Michelle Williams’ boots.
